This is the Driver 2 remote for the 05-07 Cadillac STS when equipped with factory remote start. The GM part number is 15212382. The FCC ID of the remote is M3N65981403. The 05-07 STS came two ways, with factory remote start or without. If you have factory remote start and are missing the driver 2 remote then buy this 15212382 remote. If you are missing the driver 1 remote then buy the 15212383 remote instead. If your vehicle has no remote start from the factory, then buy 15222347.
Note: These vehicles are onboard programmable when you have a working remote. Meaning, if you have a remote that is working with the car then you can add another remote yourself easily without any tools or special knowledge. However, if you have no working remote, you will need an automotive locksmith to program the vehicle to accept the new remote.
