The subsequent Programming Method can be used to add any remote transmitter whose circuit board number is DT8B, DT8C, or RT4A, whether or not the keyfob's FCC ID is EZSDEI493C or EZSDEI467 or EZSDEI492, EZSDEI493 or something else, when used on these systems: Automate 2, Automate 3+, Automate 5+, Equalizer 2, Valet 710T, Hornet 718T, Hornet 719T, Python 650, Python 750, Sidewinder 5000, Sidewinder 6000, Wasp 718W, Viper 300+, Viper C 50, Viper 500+, Viper 500NX. In an effort to enter the Programming Routine, the system’s Valet/Programming button has to be plugged into the blue port.

Channel 1 is for Arm, Disarm, and Panic. Channel 2 is made for Silent Mode or Remote Valet mode if your system was set up for this. Channel 3 is optional and only used in case your system was wired for a third channel.
1. Open the driver door.
2. Insert key in ignition and turn into the ON/RUN position.
3. Press the valet button One time, press again and hold it until step 5. The system will chirp once.
4. Push button #1 on the remote. 1 chirp confirms channel has been learned.
5. Let go the valet button. Take out key to conclude.

If your system uses channel 2:
1. Open up the driver door.
2. Put key in ignition cylinder and switch into the ON/RUN position.
3. Push the valet button TWO TIMES, push again and hold it until step Five. The system will chirp once.
4. Push button #2 on the remote. A single chirp indicates channel has been learned.
5. Let go of the valet button. Take out key to end.

If your system uses channel 3:
1. Open up the driver's door.
2. Put key in ignition cylinder and turn to your ON/RUN position.
3. Press the valet button THRICE, push once more and hold it until step 5. The system will chirp once.
4. Push both buttons together on the remote fob . One chirp confirms channel has been learned.
5. Release the valet button. Take out key to end.
