The following Programming Method can be used to add any remote transmitter whose PC Board ID is DT8B, DT8C, or RT4A, whether or not the remote transmitter's FCC ID is EZSDEI493C or EZSDEI467 or EZSDEI492, EZSDEI493 or anything else, when used on these systems: Automate 2, Automate 3+, Automate 5+, Equalizer 2, Valet 710T, Hornet 718T, Hornet 719T, Python 650, Python 750, Sidewinder 5000, Sidewinder 6000, Wasp 718W, Viper 300+, Viper C 50, Viper 500+, Viper 500NX. So that you can enter the Programming Method, the system’s Valet/Programming button ought to be plugged into the blue port.

Channel 1 is for Arm, Disarm, and Panic. Channel 2 is designed for Silent Mode or Remote Valet mode when the system was set up for this. Channel 3 is optional and only used in the event your system was wired for a 3rd channel.
1. Open the driver door.

4. Press button #2 on the remote. One chirp indicates channel has been learned.
5. Let go the valet button. Take out key to conclude.

If your system uses channel 3:
1. Open up the driver door.
2. Put key in ignition cylinder and switch towards the ON/RUN position.
3. Push the valet button THREE TIMES, push once more and hold it until step Five. The system will chirp once.
4. Push both buttons together on the keyfob . One chirp verifies channel has been learned.
5. Release the valet button. Take out key in order to complete.
