This particular Programming Routine enables you to add any remote keyfob whose PC Board ID is DT8B, DT8C, or RT4A, whether or not the remote transmitter's FCC ID is EZSDEI493C or EZSDEI467 or EZSDEI492, EZSDEI493 or anything else, when used on these systems: Automate 2, Automate 3+, Automate 5+, Equalizer 2, Valet 710T, Hornet 718T, Hornet 719T, Python 650, Python 750, Sidewinder 5000, Sidewinder 6000, Wasp 718W, Viper 300+, Viper C 50, Viper 500+, Viper 500NX. For you to enter into the Programming Method, the system’s Valet/Programming button needs to be plugged into the blue port.

Channel 1 is designed for Arm, Disarm, and Panic. Channel 2 is designed for Silent Mode or Remote Valet mode in case the system was wired for this. Channel 3 is optional and only used if your system was set up for a third channel.
1. Open the driver's door.
2. Insert key in ignition and turn towards the ON/RUN position.
3. Push the valet button One time, push again and hold it until step Five. The system will chirp once.
4. Press button #1 on the remote. A single chirp confirms channel has been learned.
5. Release the valet button. Take out key to complete.

If your system uses channel 2:
1. Open the driver door.
2. Insert key in ignition cylinder and switch into the ON/RUN position.
3. Press the valet button TWO TIMES, push again and hold it until step Five. The system will chirp once.
4. Press button #2 on the remote. 1 chirp verifies channel has been learned.
5. Let go the valet button. Take out key to end.
If your system uses channel 3:
1. Open up the driver door.
2. Put key in ignition and turn to your ON/RUN position.
3. Push the valet button THREE TIMES, push once more and hold it until step 5. The system will chirp once.
4. Press both buttons together on the transmitter . 1 chirp confirms channel has been learned.
5. Release the valet button. Remove key to conclude.
