Remote includes programming instructions and a battery.  Free tech support is available if needed.  The part numbers that appear on remote are 10335582-88 and 9364556-4575.  The actual part numbers are 10335582 (with trunk button) and 10335588 (rear button.)  We consider the two part numbers to be the same and you will receive one or the other, though we usually only have with the trunk button.  Both will work because they both contain the same circuit board.  The only difference between them is the symbol on that one button.  We test the remote before we send it to you to be sure it is sending proper signals.  This remote features Lock, Unlock, Trunk, and Panic buttons.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery of your order.

The following rules apply:

  • Products must be in the same condition we sent it in.
  • Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
  • All returns must be made by signing in, going to MY ACCOUNT, clicking order history, finding the order, click Return this item.There are few non-returnable products & services that may be offered on our website. It will indicate clearly in the product description if a different return policy applies.
  • Order cancellations can only be requested prior to shipment.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To return a product, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) that is located in the MY ACCOUNT section next to each order item that you want to return.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

There are 2 ways you can go about exchanging a product:

  • Option 1 (Slower) - Use the standard return procedure to request an RMA for the part you need exchanged. In your request please specify the exact item(s) you would like to exchange to. Upon receipt of your returned product we will process an exchange and ship the new part. If there is a difference in the price, you will be either refunded or charged the difference.
  • Option 2 (Faster) - Order the new part over the phone and request to include a prepaid label to send back the first purchase for refund.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

We all know that accidents happen sometimes. If your product(s) will arrive defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. Please do not attempt to use or install the part! We will send you a replacement part and provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective part. Product(s) must be returned to us within 30 days. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, we will schedule a damage pick up by the courier.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

When you request a cancellation of an order or a part it may take up to 24 business hours to process your cancellation claim. This process may involve voiding orders in computer systems, removing items from backorder logs, having operations personnel pull items from production schedules and sometimes stopping orders at the shipping dock. Also note that sometimes products ship more quickly than expected, so we recommend that you do not purchase alternative products until receiving final confirmation of your cancellation.

REFUNDS & CREDITS

After we accept your return, you will be issued a refund via the same payment method as you had originally used to place the order. The refund amount will be composed of the original purchase price minus shipping charges. You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your account.

Im a GM tech and have seen many customers shell out 40-75$ each on these, plus pay another 25-50$ to have them programmed. Even as a tech, I dont wanna spend that much to fix my own car. 2003 Pontiac grand Prix GT, programmed just fine and has a max range of about 150ft if you hold the remote too your chin to increase its range. (I know it sounds silly but it works). Been about 6 months with the only issue being the lettering is starting to rub off.

This was a good purchase and these units work well. I washed one of my original in the wash but if you follow the instructions that come with the fob you can not only program this one but reprogram the other original one you still have because they must both answer and send the same signal. Don't worry it's easy. FYI I had to buy one once before because the original fob wore out where the key ring is but then I just swapped out the guts and that worked fine for me then too.

When i originally purchased my vehicle I was informed the key fob was missing and to not lock the car door because it would not unlock without it and the car would not start if I did. Excellent price and excellent product. I chose the after-market, not OEM. However, it matches the OEM specs. It's a good idea to read the instructions PRIOR to programming. Regardless, the item is very easy to program. It should take you no more that 5-10 minutes. P.S. Make sure you are buying the correct item. This item is a replacement for my remote control key fob. However, some remotes are just the plastic shell / case. They don't actually include the electronics. Read the item description carefully to make sure you're buying the right item. I had to call up to switch my order after choosing the wrong one initially.
