PAYMENT GUARANTEE PROGRAM

Certain products feature a logo on the photo that says "Don't Pay Until It Works!" or "Payment Guarantee: We Won't Charge you until it works!" near the price on the product page.  These products have the following special terms:
When you place the order we will take an authorization but won’t charge your card!
We will ship the item to you without capturing the payment!
When you receive it, you will receive an email asking if you were able to use it successfully.
If you click “Yes,” we will settle the order (capture the funds) and mark the order complete.
If you click “No, I need tech support,” our technicians will contact you ASAP within one business day to provide assistance.
If successful, we will settle the order (capture the funds) and mark the order complete.
If unsuccessful, you will be provided a prepaid return label via email to send it back and not be charged at all.
If you click “No, I don’t want support,” you will be provided a prepaid return label via email to send it back and not be charged at all as long as we receive it back within 1 week.
If you don’t click one of the choices within 3 business days of the tracking number showing that you received the item, we will settle the order (capture the funds) and mark the order complete.  Our normal terms apply afterward.
