5th Digit onward says the condition

Example: 3010A means it is new generic. 3010A-OEM means it is brand new and oem. 3010B means it is a nice used remote. 3010C means it is not nice, worn buttons or rough condition.

and if relevant, after condition could be something descriptive like a logo

If it is a key with no transmitter:
starts with CK if it has a chip.CKB107HPT
it starts with K if it has no chip.KB106P
the rest is what key it is CKB107HPT is talking about the B107HPT chipkey

If it is aftermarket remote:
it starts with Z before the numbers Z1000A. all aftermarket remotes start with Z
2nd - 5th digits are which remote it is Z1010A
6th digit is condition for aftermarket remotes it could only be A, B, C. Z1010A is new Z1010B is used

If it is a replacement case for factory remote:
First 4 digits say what product it is. 3010RC means we are talking about case for 3010 (the 3 button ford remote)
5th and 6th digits will be RC 3010RC. RC stands for replacement case

If it is a replacement case for aftermarket remote:
First 5 digits say what product it is. Z2020RC means we are talking about case for aftermarket remote Z2020
6th and 7th digits will be RC. Z2020RC. RC stands for replacement case
8th and onward is something descriptive like logo. Z2020RC-VALETPYTHON means this case will fit remotes that have either valet or python logo
