When will my credit appear on my account?
It usually takes less than one month for us to process a return and issue you credit. Most banks that issue credit and debit cards will post the credit to your account within 3 to 5 business days from the time we issue the credit.
When will my credit card be charged?
(Policy as of 10/10/08) When you check out your card is charged. We used to take authorizations at the time of sale and then charge the card when we prepare the package for shipping. We received many requests to accept paypal and electronic checks as payment options. In order to be able to use paypal and electronic checks we had to change our payment processing protocols to capture funds immediately when you check out. If your order is backordered you can request for us to refund your funds and then call you to take a new payment when the product is ready to ship. You can check if your order is backordered by logging into your account and clicking on "review orders."
