History:
Our story is simple. Our founder was a used car salesman. Every week he saw people buying cars and not getting two keys and two remotes. Some customers demanded two sets. His boss would have hime go to the dealer and buy remotes and keys. He couldn't believe how much the dealers charge for most of these things. He decided then that there has to be a better way.
Next thing you know he was supplying local car dealers and locksmiths with remotes. One thing led to another and the first website was created (bigdealcenter.com). When he started hiring us, we switched over to a newer better website (factorykeylessremotes.com). After a while, with daily requests for keys and aftermarket remotes, we started to carry keys and aftermarket remotes. Then we needed a newer, better website for our expanded product line (keynfob.com). Keynfob worked great in the automotive community but the average consumer doesn't know what a fob is and it also seemed like lots of people don't know 'n' is an abbreviation for 'and.'
Then we remade the keynfob website onto remotesandkeys.com. Remotesandkeys.com looked just like keynfob.com for a long time. Now you are looking at the newest encarnation of Remotesandkeys.com. We outgrew our old shopping cart provider and have finally upgraded to the best website hosting / shopping cart available today.
